Governance and Consortium Working

This report by Tom Fleming and Catherine Bunting explores the models, strengths and challenges of consortium working - an inherent part of Creative People and Places - and was commissioned as part of the National Evaluation.

It includes guidance on partnership and consortium development for organisations working in similar multi-agency contexts and makes a strong case that in order to reach more and different people, and work in different ways, organisations need to think about the way they organise themselves and the partners with whom they collaborate.
